Melissa
Property Manager and Real Estate Agent
Melissa got her start in property management in 2008 managing student housing for a Salt Lake City college. After a few years, she was promoted to Housing Director and oversaw the entire department. She later transitioned into managing a large apartment complex. After studying real estate investing, Melissa decided she wanted to specialize in property management for local investors. Now as a licensed real estate agent, Melissa solely works with investors helping them manage their properties.
Gordon
Maintenance and Emergency Service Specialist
Gordon came to Utah in 1997 as a maintenance and facility manager for the local phone company. In 1999, the single parent of three became a DOD Wage Supervisor successfully serving the USAF as the Communications Infrastructure and Facilities Manager at Hill AFB, continuing a career path he began as an active duty Airman shortly after graduating from Foxboro (MA) High School and attending Bristol Community College and Bryant College, both in RI. Gordon left Hill AFB in 2011 and worked briefly for 2 of the largest property management companies in the county before becoming an independent maintenance and emergency service specialist. He now works exclusively for the WeBuyHouses.com SLC brand as well as it’s sister property management companies.
